Set foobar as Default Media Program

I am using Bluetooth headphones which has a button that launches the Default Media player for Windows.  Normally WMP is default, but i removed it and the only options listed are Quicktime and Itunes.  I am using Windows 8.1.

Is t possible to add Foobar to the list (registry hack?)?  See the image below.
