Convert FLAC to Stereo?

So I'm trying to convert a FLAC file into a 320k MP3 file but I keept getting this error:

Source: "D:\STRM_BGM_EVT_CHRISTMAS_SUR.flac"
An error occurred while writing to file (The encoder has terminated prematurely with code 1 (0x00000001); please re-check parameters) : "D:\STRM_BGM_EVT_CHRISTMAS_SUR.mp3"
  Additional information:
  Encoder stream format: 32728Hz / 4ch / 16bps
  Command line: "C:\Program Files (x86)\foobar2000\components\lame3.98.4\lame.exe" -S --noreplaygain -b 320 - "STRM_BGM_EVT_CHRISTMAS_SUR.mp3"
  Working folder: D:\

Googled the error up a bit and found that this could be due to a DSP problem. It said there to add Convert 5.1 to Stereo to the DSP Chain, but the thing is, I don't have that DSP Config in my DSP list.

DSP List

Anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks!

"Downmix channels to stereo" is what you're looking for.

It can be done in any digital audio editor.

Left mix
Front Left Gain: 0 dB
Rear Left Gain: -3 dB
Mix together

Right mix
Front Right Gain: 0 dB
Rear Right Gain: -3 dB
Mix together

Quadraphonic to Stereo.

The foobar2000 "downmix channels to Stereo" DSP should do this for you.  If it clips, reduce all channels by -6.02 dB (50%) before hand.
