anything like this? Export media library info to database?

Hi, I store all of my music on an external drive.
I want to know what I 'have', basically what is in my media library, at times where I don't have access to my external drive and foobar.

So, it seems like a nice idea if I could export/sync/etc the information in my media library to something like an sql database, which I could then process with a simple webpage to display what I have.

Is there any foobar plugin like this? (Exporting metadata so it can be used in a different program)
Is there anyway I could make use of foobar's database file, I know foobar itself is closed source, but is the database format proprietary etc?
If not foobar, is there any other program I could use, that given music, will read the tags and export the information to a file/database? (I only use foobar and eac, so I am not aware what other programs can do)

I like how when I open foobar, without my external drive, I can see all the stuff in the media library.
It doesn't seem a crazy idea to want this, I might even make the component myself if it does not exist, but I would imagine someone would have created something to get the result that I want already

Thanks a lot, just curious
