Custom Grouping Schemes Making Double Names

I am trying to make my music work for my Zune HD and I had to add Band tag in my music. So now when I put the music in foobar it will put the name twice with this custom grouping schemes: %album%  |  %album artist%  |  %date%. If I change it to %artist% it is not double but separates all the various artists so that will not work. Does anyone have any ideas?

Here is a screenshot in case I didn't explain it right:

Am I correct to read this as follows: you previously stored the album artist in a TXXX frame (assuming you’re referring to MP3 files) but had to add a TPE2 (band) frame alongside it in order for it to be read by your Zune? I recently read of changes to foobar2000’s handling of the latter causing duplicated artist names, and while I’m not aware of the specific reason for this, I hope it’s not absurd to speculate that it’s due to %album artist% now checking and including both.

Does anything change if you replace %album artist% with $meta(album artist)?

As well as the file format, it’d be useful if you specified which program you used to to tag the files.

That is right I had an Album Artist (TPE2) and added Band (TPE2) to all my MP3s. I use MP3tag to tag my files.

I tried $meta(album artist) as you suggested and it was the same with duplicating names. Thanks for the help.
