Troubleshoot dialog to default to Normal start

Seems like after any abnormal termination, foobar launches it's troubleshoot dialog which defaults to safe mode "button"

AFAIK, if I cold reset, Windows default boot action is set to start Windows normally, unlike safe mode

Also my wild guess is that > 99% of users would not like to "safe" (where are my Facets?) start foobar, so I think default button should be set to start normally after unexpected termination
I mean, why would anyone prefer to start with all (- bundled) components disabled?

Thank you

Because most of the time, the crash was due to a third party component.
