Requesting foo_vis_vumeter.dll

I'm trying to get a nice 'analog style' VU meter for foobar2000, and have come across this visualisation plugin, but the links on the original Russian forum don't work anymore and I can seem to find it hosted anywhere else? Does anyone have it installed still or have a download link I can use?

Nevermind... I read through more the translated version of the forum and found a attachment on the 12th page... If anyone else it looking for it in future, there is a version dated 2013-02-16 on page 12 of the russian forum... here is the link to the correct page. File attachment link is just under the youtube demo video.
