Cakewalk/Roland MA-15D Vs. M-Audio Studiophile AV-40 monitors

Hi,

I saw some undetermined discussions with this topic, and I would really like to know people here think.
Has anyone here heard them both? I see lots of good reviews on the AV-40, but very (!) few on the MA-15D on the web.

So what do you think?
