Feature Suggestion: queue menu options + queue trigger

I am also a developer, so more than anything I'm curious of what people think of this idea.

First I'll talk about the queue trigger option (lack of better name). This allows you to specify a track or something, that holds the queue until the song or whatever starts playing, then the queue continues as normal.

So let's say you you have a huge playlist with all your favorite pop music, and you're on a Cindy Lauper kick, then you want to listen to Prince. You would select the first track in a list of album's you have of her, then you would put a queue trigger on the last track of her last album, then you would add the first prince track to your queue.

Now the reason I want this feature is to switch between default and shuffle mode. When I add a new album to my dubstep or HHC playlist I want to play the album in order, then switch back to shuffle when I'm done.

Hence my first suggestion of queueing menu options.
First of all, let's say you're listening to a song on the dubstep playlist, which is currently on shuffle. You finished putting the new album in the playlist, but you don't want to interrupt your current track.
You would then queue the first track of the new album, then queue the order option to be default, then queue trigger the last track on the album, then finally queue the order option to be shuffle.

This was the first thing that came to mind when I was thinking of how I could realize my ideal. If their is a better idea I'm totally open.

Erm... Why don't you just add whole album to queue?  It will play as in Default order, then queue ends and Shuffle mode returns.
