Sequence of ID3v2 and APEv2

I am looking for the exact legit order of APEv2 and ID3v2 in MP3.
I know that ID3v2 is at beginning of file and ID3v1 at end of file and APEv1 is at end and APEv2 can be at beginning or end. Also when located at the end of an MP3 file, an APE tag should be placed after the the last frame, just before the ID3v1 tag (if any).
Now can anybody tell me what is the order of sequence of ID3v2 and APEv2, if both are present in the same file, or can they be in any order?
Thanks in advance.

do you mean if both are at the beginning? - that's highly unrecommended

I don't no the answer, but as sequencing with ID3v1 is because of possible conflict between TAG (ID3v1) and APETAGEX (APE) strings I guess any order is OK
