developer?

hi!

some of the forums here are "developers only" - and i think that's a good idea.
but how does one get this status?

i developed a crossfeed plugin that i called "HeadPlug" (not to be confused with the crossfeed plugin named "crossfeed"), and i'd like to do a post in the "validated news" forum.
do i get the "developer status" here easily, and if so, whom shall i contact?
if not, shall i post to the "news submission" forum instead?

thx, thats all i wanted to know

All news posts go in news submission first, and after approval are moved to validated news.

I think that just asking an admin to become a developer via PM will do. It did in my case.
