Renaming Files and the File Name Pattern Selector - No more custom pre

I recently upgraded from foobar v0.9.2 to foobar v1.0 and noticed that there is no longer the ability to save custom renaming schemes anymore (in v0.9.2 under File operations you used to be able to save your own Output File Name Formats).  In v1.0 you get a popup window called "File Name Pattern Selector" but you cannot add your own custom formats anymore.  Does anyone know why this feature was removed??  It was very convenient and I used it a lot!  What are you guys using as a workaround for this (some other software, a plugin, etc.)?

Set up the file name pattern yourself and save it as a preset.
