Could you make this available too? This would be very helpful to me as well!

The current version only supports AAC (PsyTEL) and MP3 (Lame) so it didn´t really support "several formats", but I´m currently working on a new version with support for MP3, AAC, MPC, OGG and other user defined formats...  It should be done within a couple of days or so depending how much of study time I can sacrifice for programming...  I´ll let you know when I´m done...

ripping: eac
encoding: lame (--alt-preset standard -b32)
playing: winamp (MAD / Directsound @ 32bit)
organizing: mp3cdbrowser (http://mp3cdbrowser.sourceforge.net)
burning: nero
to bring the pieces back together we need to rediscover communication.

I don't know what I'd do without MP3 Tag Studio. I use it to remove ID3v1 tags, rename and move MP3 albums to the sorting that I prefer (e:<Artist Name><Album Name> [<Album Bitrate>]<Track Number>-<Track Title>.mp3), repair MP3s with bad headers, remove ID3v2 tags that I don't care about (comment, copyright, etc), and fix title case on MP3s that are in all CAPS for whatever reason.

I also use Media Jukebox as my player - the version 8 beta has some of the coolest little features that add up to an enjoyable MP3 jukebox, with a great interface to boot. Smart playlists and the like are invaluable for those of us with 300gb or so of MP3 albums to choose from as well.

The modified CDex with --alt preset extreme is my ripper/encoder of choice - fast and at a high enough quality to satisfy me.
