default keyboard shortcut keys

There used to be some (very useful) default keyboard shortcut keys for simple things like play/stop/next. The latest version doesn´t have any of them.
Foobar2000 would be a lot more usable if it came with some decent shortcut keys out of the box. What´s the reason for not having them?

Compare this to, for example, Photoshop: it comes with a lot of keyboard shortcuts and all users rely on them. There´s very little reason to customize them, because the defaults are good.

Yes, single key shortcuts were removed starting with version 0.9.5, since the interface is more complex.

However, there are still many default keyboard shortcuts, they mostly require a modifing key.

Just to prevent misunderstandings: single key shortcuts are not default, but they still can be assigned.
