Issues using FLAC in Vista. PATH../75 error.

I have used FLAC  with Windows XP and had no issues. I just purchased a new laptop and have tried to run FLAC with Vista. It simply will not work, HELP!! I have tried the solutions recommended on this site and the FLAC site. I still get the PATH../75 error message. When I set the "Run as Administrator" I am unable to add files for decoding. What am I doing wrong here? Thanks.........

may i ask just.. what are you doing? Because i can't tell from your post
(and i do use Vista Home Premium, with a limited user account and have no need to run flac with admin privileges)

Just one thing, where are you trying to write the files?

I get this error when I use the Frontend program to decode flac files.  I'm using Vista Ultimate x64.

I've tried
-changing folder permissions.
-running in XP compatibility mode (since this worked in XP)
-reinstalling the program(no errors during installation)
-checking the flac files using the FlacTester in the Flac directory and all the files check out fine.
