Ape playback breaks off

Hi, I have a problem when, with Foobar2000 0.9.4.5,  When I open an Ape file, it makes 5/6 second to start with some file with "Insane" profile, few hundredths of a second if that file is with a lower profile... after about 1 minute, playback stops and after 2/3 seconds restart to play from the position in which the playback stopped.

This, some month ago, didn't happend!!! What is the problem?

I can't find the thread where we covered this. Someone will bring it here... if we are lucky. Try increasing it to the max?

Or like Greynol said, transcode it to somethings less insane. FLAC or WavPack are good (WavPack is my favorite).
OP can't edit initial post when a solution is determined  :'-(

On my old P4 1.4ghz that delay was unavoidable with any Insane encodings.  It wasn't until I got and overclocked my Athlon 64 that it went away.  Not that either CPU ever actually needed 100% to decode in realtime.  Even on the P4 it was something like 30% usage?  If you need/want to stick with APE then Extra High does not have this problem.

TAK might be a better option because of its high compression rates AND great decoding rates.
