convert .cda to mp3 ... which software keeps tags ?

I use Rhapsody to buy lots of music and want to get them converted to MP3 obviously. I burn them (.rax) to CD with Rhapsody and it is a cda file on the CD. After that I am currently using Roxio Record Now to convert the cda to MP3 but most my tag information is gone. It only preserves artist and track information but it looses album, track number, year, CD picture, etc. Any other software that will retain the tags accross this process so I dont have to do so much manual editing of tag info ???

They are not really stored as .cda files. Also the only way in which metadata can be stored on a standard audio CD is by using CD-text, which doesn't support any of the additional fields which you listed (although I am shocked that your ripper apparently doesn't support track number!). Here, you'll probably be recommended to use EAC or foobar2000 for CD ripping anyway!
