Quick EAC Question

Under what conditions, aside from normalization and other post-rip processing, could a rip's logged CRCs be different from its actual CRCs (checked using EAC's 'Process WAV' function)? I have several old rips that exhibit this anomaly, but don't recall doing anything unusual with them after ripping.

Yep - made them change, but not to what's needed.

I just did a little playing around with this.

It seems that EAC's sound processing window gets the checksum correct when you configure it to include null samples but not if it's configured to calculate the checksum without null samples.  (A bug perhaps?)

Can you re-rip one of the tracks with EAC configured to include null samples in the CRC calculation and check it against the checksum in the sound processing window as well as compare it with the previously ripped track?
