Hard Noise Problem ripping an old CD

I am experiencing a problem ripping an audio cd dated 1990. I tried with 4 different ripping softwares using as reader an LG IDE burner as and a Sony SCSI 2x burner. I tried with Feurio, Nero, Exact Audio Copy and Audio Converter. The best result I got with Feurio but it's not a so good result. The problem is that the resulting WAV files (mainly the latest 2-3 of the total 14 tracks) comes with a sort of rithmic noise that resembles a noisy echo of the playing music. When I play the CD in the same drivers it sound perfectly with no noise at all. The noise comes out only in the ripped WAV files. I think it can not be a SAFEAUDIO protection due to the age of the CD. I also tried to make a DISC AT ONCE copy of the CD with NERO ... it came out with the noise inside.
Anybody as an idea or suggestion to help me ??

Thanks

L.P.

Was EAC configured in secure mode ? Did it report errors ? Wac C2 reporting activated in Feurio ? How much errors were reported ?

Check that the optical side of the CD is crystal clear (no dust, no scratch, no fingerprint).
Try another CD ROM drive for extraction.
