annoying new .92 convertor behavior

it seems someone instituted a slight change in how this conversion preset works..
normally i was able to combine [songs from or whole] album images into 1 single bigger one, but since .92 foobar prevents me from doing this, unless i actually first demolish the album to individual tracks, and then combine those again to a new album..
it seems a bit odd [pointless] to have to take that extra step though.. would it be possible for someone to reinstate the old function again?
much obliged

Yes I noticed the same thing... I think the new method definitely has its uses though, because now I'll be able to do a mass transcode of all my files between lossless formats. The way it used to be, if you wanted to use foobar, you had to go 1 album at a time.

I agree that it would be nice to be able to choose between the two methods, as they both have their uses.
