How do i update the OGG encoder in CDex to newer

Is there a way to update the OGG encoder used in CDeX to the newer version of OGG? Is this possible?

Or get aoTuV's OggEnc from rarewares.org.

In any case, the way to update the encoder is to just replace oggenc.exe or oggenc2.exe with the newer oggenc.exe or oggenc2.exe.
