Any way to read/open the database.dat with other applications?

Hello Folks,

because I would collect stats and print special view of my Library dBase, I am looking for help on how to read/open the database.dat with some 3rd party tool (Access, Excell, special 3rd party viewer/dBase manager).

Anyone has directions for me?

Many thanks in advance and kind regards to all,
Andrea

nope.

but as already mentioned in your other thread, you can do pretty much anything you want by exporting playlist data to a text file. you can format your own .xml or even a query which you could import into a database of your choice.

And with that confirmation that this is a redundant thread, it will now be closed.

I have edited the subtitle of your other, earlier thread to reflect this second question about opening in other applications, which was already posted there before being cross-posted as this thread.
