How Can You Save Preferences Within Nero?

How can you save preferences within Nero Burning ROM?

Things like "Remove silence at the end of audio tracks", which is ticked by defalut, or the 2 second gap inserted by default between each track?

Those things are not saved between different burning session, while others, the volume label for example, are.

IMHO most things that are saved between different burning sessions shouldn't be while those that I'd love to aren't.

Am I missing something?

Nope. It is just one of the design flaws of Nero (not that I think it is bad at all, it is just not perfect)
