Help with size of main toolbar

Dont know if this has been discussed or of im dumb or what

im having problems with the main toolbar not autosizing like the left toolbar does

for example, some of my plugins(album art) will allow you to manual dictate size, but some of the built ins do not, and they do not autosize.

here is what i am talking about




i know you can do tab panel stack, but i dont like the look of the tabs, id rather it clean.
