Sample for Ogg Vorbis

ABX'ed this Sample sucessfully with result 10/10 using the following

Codecs/Settings:

Oggenc-aotuvb2 -q4  /  q5  /  q7 / q8
aoTuV beta 2  -q4

The problem seems to be preecho, at higher bitrates less preecho, but the sound seems to be a bit more "rough" or a bit distorted (maybe also preecho problem)

Seems to be an Ogg Vorbis specific issue - no problem with lame 3.96  (--preset 128)
