Voxware v1.1.8 WAV file?

I have a 4 MB WAV file that is compressed with "Voxware v1.1.8 Bitstream-Mode Codecs". I have no idea how to convert this to a normal WAV file.

I tried renaming it to .vox and using VoxEncoder to decode it, but it wouldn't recognize it. I tried opening it in Sound Recorder and saving it as PCM, but that didn't work either.

Anyone have any ideas?

Edit: Nevermind, I figured out the problem, the file was corrupt. Silly me

Figures that after spending hours wracking my brain, the fix just appears after I ask for help....(Wish I could close or delete this thread though
