The _uie_ means it's a Columns_UI panel. You'll have to go to Preferences->Display->Columns UI->Layout.

Another option is to display queue in playlist with foo_pqview.
Additionally, you might need foo_removefromqueue to remove items from queue.

Please note, you cannot re-arrange queued items with any of the available components.
