Nencode and AAC libraries

I use Nero AAC with nencode.exe and it's really good, but I have an old encoder version. When I try the new encoder, nencode crashes.
I think it's a problem of libraries(dll) but I don't know what are the versions that work with the new encoder.

Now I use these:
   -aaccenc32.dll      2.5.1.6
   -aac.dll      2.5.9.3
   -aiff.dll      2.0.0.6
   -wav.dll      2.0.0.6
   -NeroIPP.dll      1.0.0.0
and requested by nencode also
   -MFC71.dll      7.10.3077.0
   -msvcr71.dll      7.10.3502.4

And nencode works.
With aacenc32.dll 2.6.1.1 it crashes!!

What is the last encoder version??

Is now the time to convert to AAC or I have to wait till the next improvement??

Messo.

Possible to get the libraries without downloading and installing Nero? I use other CD burning software and I don't want to bloat my system unnecessarily.
