XviD v1.0beta3 Decoder Bug

When I was viewing some of my XviD v1.0 beta2 encodes with the new beta3 (12-27-03) decoder, I noticed some artifacting at the bottom of the image when Deblocking Y was enabled in the decoder. Deblocking UY does not seem to cause this problem. If someone could post this message to Doom9 (I don't have an account there) it would be a large help. The movie in question is 640*352 in size, using the AS @ L5 profile, GMC disabled, quarterpel enabled , Motion Search Precision 6 and VHQ level 1. A screenshot of the problem can be seen here
