Locked tabs request

Hello,

Is it possible to add add an option to "lock tabs".
means you can't add/remove songs from a locked tab

You could do this by setting the actual playlist file to 'Read-only' manually!

1. Go to your foobar2000\Playlists folder.
2. Right-click the correct playlist file.
3. Choose 'Properties' and mark the file as "Read-only".
You will still be able to add or delete files from the tab in foobar200, but the next time you start foobar2000 it will be reset.
