[Enhancement] Enable scrolling beyond last item in the playlist

An option to enable scrolling beyond last track in the playlist would make it easier to drag and drop tracks from Media Library Search window.

If you want the files at the end of a playlist, it's probably faster to drop them on playlist tab. Or if you don't use tabs, on the playlist entry in Playlist Manager. That way you don't even need to scroll.

I use Playlist Switcher. Playlist tabs and Playlist Manager aren't in my window layout. But I occasionally activate Playlist Manager as a separate window.

Another suggestion might be a context menu option to Send to Active Playlist.
