mp3 tag `LYRICS` and `UNSYNCED LYRICS` turn into `.` on upgrade from 1.x to 2.x

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download latest foobar2000 1.x installer (v1.6.17), run it, choose portable
2. Launch, add some MP3s into a playlist
3. Add some custom tags for testing

4. Download latest 2.x installer (v2.1.2). Doesn't matter 32 or 64 bit.
5. Run installer, choose portable, install on top of the previous folder to upgrade it.
6. Launch the new version.
7. See the 2 specific tags `LYRICS` and `UNSYNCED LYRICS` have turned into `.`

Note:
1. The only songs affected are those already in playlists when the upgrade happens. If you add songs later, they're fine.
2. It's a serious bug because some components (notably OpenLyrics) can store lyrics in these tags. The `UNSYNCED LYRICS` tag even has a dedicated frame. For me personally, after upgrade, all lyrics disappeared from my thousands of songs
3. It can be fixed by right click song > properties > Tools > Reload info. This proves the mp3 files on disk weren't modified.
4. There are other ways to know the files on disk weren't modified, for instance, if you make a copy of a problematic mp3, and play the copied file, it will have correct tags. However, if you remove a problematic song from foobar2000, then add it back, it won't be fixed.
