BUG with saving configuration ? plugin Lyrics-Show-3-v0.5 / Foobar2k-v1.5-beta12

Hello guys...

First question:
(possible BUG)
If I change the configuration of one of the search engines (URL link to find song lyrics), this setting is automatically applied to all other search engines.
If I edit the search engine for lyrics, for example, only "Online DB: darklyrics.com" then all other search engines will have this modified URL-link (which is intended for darklyrics and not for all search engines!).

Second question:
I have lost all search engine settings of various lyrics sources ! Can this particular configuration (URLs to search for lyrics) be somehow restored from a backup or from the original file in foobar2k installation ?

Thanks.

Uhm, OK, so I'm adding info for both of my questions above...

I found that the plugin configuration is stored in the file "/foobar2k/configuration/foo_uie_lyrics3.dll.cfg" but unreadable for human (only URLs and nothing else can be recognized).

The configuration appears to be stored correctly in the file. However, it is poorly displayed in foobar2k (the search URL for all search engines is the same in the plugin configuration view).
