Thank you for this!  Requests:

1.  Please add more sources (suggestions:  deezer, fanart.tv, bing, discogs, last.fm, bandcamp, amazon)

2.  Please allow auto-fill of the Artist and Album fields (when available) from radio stream metadata, and the ability to save their search result images.  Attempting the latter now fails because fetcher is expecting to save into the same folder as a music file and fails with "You can't open this location"--an option could be added "Save image to (specified folder)."

Album is never available from streams ( is it???). Filling the album field with the title might work in a tiny number of cases but I wouldn't bother myself. :/
It's only available in an extremely small number of cases, but if ONLY the Artist value is autofilled and the plugin is set to search by the category "Album", a number of results are normally returned that can be useful ("fun"?) in getting a visual preview on an artist previously unknown to you.  The example below show the results from a search where I supplied the artist name while listening:

Can you please include a change log with new versions?  I could discern no difference in appearance or operation between this and 1.02.  Unfortunately still no auto-fill for the "Artist" field with streams, and only one source.

Just a suggestion, but wouldn't it be better to put the fetcher in the "Tagging" submenu of the context menu?

@ohyeah - any plans on adding more album art sources?
