Replaygain secondary option

Is there anyway to set foobar to apply album gain but if album gain is not present then apply track gain?
My use case is such that for deluxe edition albums, with extra remixes by other artists thrown at the end (or on disc 2), I don't select them when scanning as a single album. I select them afterwards and do a per-file track gain scan only.

Any way to generally apply album gain but if that info is missing apply track gain?

IIRC, foobar2000 does fall back to track gain if album gain is not present (on playback; not sure how converting or directly applying gain to files works). At least, I recall asking the same question a few years ago and getting that answer.
