foobar2000 fails to resume playback

foobar2000 fails to resume playback of a paused track if its on a network drive and computer was hibernated and woken up. It throws this error and skips to next track, works fine when i play the track again after it skips it or even seek to a position it has not cached yet before it skips it. Sometimes it causes foo_wave_minibar_mod to desync.

Decoding failure at 1:56.183 (Unsupported format or corrupted file):
"Music path"

I think it's because foobar2000 loses the file handle to the file because when you hibernate your PC, network drives get disconnected.
