1.4 beta 15. Button with "..." in converter settings no more looks like button

Converter settings->Destination->Output style and file name formatting->Convert each track to an individual file
Actually i didn't noticed in which beta exactly button was changed, but in 1.4 beta 15 button with "..."  located right of titleformatting string looks like simple dots in the end of line and not like button.
Is this intentional change?

It is intended.
It is in fact being altered to give a button-like appearance on mouseover to make it more clear, for the next update.
