Album artwork not appearing correctly after Windows 10 update?

This only started after I updated Windows 10 and my motherboards BIOS about an 2 hours ago from posting. Before I restarted the PC to complete the update, Foobar2000 was running perfectly fine.

It would seem that the cover art for the songs no longer show and only appear at random when I restart foobar but then stop showing again.
They do however show on the normal artwork viewer in foobar2000 and in their thumbnail previews on windows. They also appear in mp3tag which shows there is nothing wrong with the files.
Right clicking the file in foobar2000 > Tagging > Manage attached pictures shows there is nothing there when mp3tag and others shows there is.

I know this may seem like a problem with CUI but there shouldn't be any issues as this only started happening when I updated windows with '2017-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1703 for x64-based Systems (KB4040724)'.
I did also update my BIOS but I can't imagine that having to do anything with this.

Edit1: I forgot to mention that adding/readding artwork does not work either.

It also seems like Deskband isn't showing any artwork either.

I've restarted my computer several times now and each time it seems that only certain file types will show the album art while others wont.

Currently I'm able to view and manage artwork for '.mp3' in foobar2000 but the other formats still do not show themselves.
The restart before this one I was able to view and manage all artwork for '.flac' inside foobar2000 but no other formats revealed anything, not even '.mp3'.
And the restart before that one, only AAC or Vorbis files would show themselves correctly while both '.mp3', '.flac' and others wouldn't show anything.

It would seem that each restart I do I can only view a single file types artwork correctly while the others remain, not viewable?

The cumulative update does not stop foobar2000 from handling album art. You could confirm with a clean portable install that artwork works and then go hunt the reason why your custom config doesn't.

If you use some hack components that allow removing titlebar, like your screenshots suggest, it might make sense to try removing those first.

I tried what you suggested and everything seemed to work perfectly fine on the portable installation.
I went back to my default installation and kept removing components that I never use and have found out that it was 'WSH Panel Mod' (foo_uie_wsh_panel_mod) that was causing the issues somehow.

I'm not sure how it was causing anything to not work correctly as it was never used in the layout?
However everything is working perfectly fine now though so thank you :)

That's weird because it looks like you're using JScript Panel. That was forked from WSH panel mod and 95% if not more of the code is identical. Certainly all the album artwork handling features were added by the original WSH panel mod developer.
