Dante Audio for a trade building.

Hi. We will be redoing our trade building. We have cat cable in every room. We want to transfer audio signals to the rooms using our existing cat cable. We have decided to invest in an Dante solution. There are https://bzbexpress.com/Audio-Converters/ several brands such as RDL, Behringer, etc.
Is anyone familiar with these brands and technologies? I want to understand the differences and prices between them. Any help will be much appreciated.

According to   Dante Overview:

You may not need any special hardware for Dante at all if there is a PC at every location where you want to pick up audio from or, broadcast audio to, or where you want configure your system from. That's because Dante's canonical elements being Dante Controller and Dante Virtual Soundcard can be as simple as software running on a PC or Mac.

There is Dante hardware, but its used when there are more complex performance needs, or a need for a Dante function in a location where there is no PC.

The linked  web site seems like a good location to start one's studies of Dante from.

I’m afraid the answer is no.
AES67 style protocols like Dante, Ravenna (freeware, btw Ravenna is the place in Italia where the great poet Dante died) are pretty much the realm of the pro-world.
If you really are in need of very low latency audio over IP, these protocols are the ones to go for.
The consumer in general uses DLNA / Airplay

Maybe a typical “pro” forum like https://www.gearslutz.com is a better venue.
