Streaming issues

Hi,

I have encountered issues with streaming Radio Paradise: http://www.radioparadise.com/rp_2.php?#name=Listen&file=links in Foobar2000.
1. I get "Unable to open item for playback (Forbidden (403)):" messages with their playlist, but other players don't have issues with the same playlist.
2.  Stuttering issues after a set time.

Both issues are specific to Foobar 2000, other players (VLC,WMP) play without problems.
I've attached a pdf with my correspondence with the support of the radio, they have been helpful in trying to resolve the problems and have some opinions about the cause of the problems:
1. Looks like it's related to Foobar2000's handling of directory redirects
2. Those links are to Shoutcast servers (our main links are all Icecast). Looks like Foobar2000 has a glitch in handling the transition between Shoutcast's startup burst & normal streaming.

What is your take on this?
The pdf contains more details on the problems.

I've tried several streaming address from the above link. (ver. 1.3.10)
And, I don't have any problem with playing the streams.
Especially, I directly opened "http://stream-dc1.radioparadise.com/aac-320" and now am playing for more than 1 hour without any problem.

By the way, thanks for your introduction of good station.  :))

I only get some audio glitches playing the AAC 320 stream while playing a YouTube HD video. Lower bitrates works fine, must be network-related.

I'm using the latest foobar2000.
