Can I change the colour of the window title bar?

Hi all

I'm starting to play around with customisations in Foobar.  I've used it for years but always been a bit of a default kind of guy. 

I have changed the details that come up in the window title and now I would like to change the colour of the bar (BOTH highlighted/active and dimmed/inactive).  Is there a way to do this?  I had a look and could not find one.

It's using the theme you're using in Windows, like most other programs.
Windows 10 Pro x64 // foobar2000 1.3.10

Seems so obvious now that you've said.  Sorry about that!  And thanks for replying to let me know....
