Issues with spam on the forum

Just thought I should let everyone know that we're having some difficulties with certain users spamming the forum and attempting to cause trouble, and that certain precautions have been taken which may affect general usage of this forum to some degree.  I do expect that things will be back to normal before long however.

For those who would engage in spamming, please note that this server keeps full logs of all transactions and that any continued abuse of this server or any of the services provided by HA will result in action from our lawyers as well as a full report being submitted to your isps.  I urge you to not dismiss this notion for your own sake.
