You can use Windows Media Server. But I'm afraid that's commercial software. Not really sure.

Besides, WMA isn't a good choice if you want to reach audiences not using Windows.

Have a tool to broadcast in WMA...ckeck this...
Have a foobar plugin too....enjoy    Oddcast DSP V2 Foobar2000 :B , I Know have a wma option server & he work !!!

Do you have plans to stream by Internet in short times or 24 Hours Basis?

Technically it`s so easy, but if you plan to stream Music continously like a Radio station you need to pay a License before from Soundexchange and ASCAP (or similar) and pay royalties fees also.

RIIA is working too hard to avoid the Music Piracy.
