How do I repopulate the Library viewer selection playlist?

Hi, I have recently made the mistake of removing all of my music from the library viewer selection playlist. I was attempting to get a fresh start because I accidentally populated it with thousands of instruments samples that i use in my music production software. This made sorting and browsing the playlist quite unnecesarily lengthy. I attempted to repopulate after removing all my music from the playlist by removing the folders i had added to my music folders list in preferences. I then picked more specifically the folders that contained the music i wanted in foobar2000 instead of the umbrella folders which had all my instrument samples. After adding these folders and renabling the Library viewer selection playlist i found my music did not return to the playlist as i had intended. I have spent some time searching the forums, faqs, wiki's and google and have not been able to find a solution. If anyone knows a way i can get my music back into the library viewer selection playlist i would highly appreciate it as i do not want to have to drag and drop every single folder of music on my computer because i have sooo many.

Thanks,
Jake

Do you get any matches when you go to [main menu] Library > Search and type just ALL?
This is HA. Not the Jerry Springer Show.

No, your issue is that you have nothing selected in your library.

Tracks are in the library>something or everything in a library viewer is selected by you>that particular playlist then becomes populated.

If you have no library viewer visible, then Select library from the main menu and then an available viewer such as album list and make a selection of tracks there.

What list?

What navigation pane? You mean Album List? That's the default library viewer.

The LVSP is not your library. The LVSP is a special dynamic playlist that changes as you select things in the library viewer. If you have no selection in any library viewer, the playlist is empty.
