CUI: Can I hide or change the colour of the separators between panels?

Hi,
I'm new to these forums so I apologize if I am posting this in the wrong place.
I'm wondering if it is possible to hide or change the colour of the separators which separate panels using Columns UI.
An example of what I mean:

Not in Columns UI itself. Have a look at Panel Stack Splitter (it only works with CUI) and make sure you read the wiki. Don't let it overwhelm you because it's easier than it looks but a royal PITA to explain.
