foobar2000 v1.4.3 "Preferences" Windows crashed after portable clean installation


The foobar2k's "Preferences" Windows crashed(disappeared, or force closed) immediately when I selected the menu of "Preferences - Display - Default User Interface - Background and Notifications". And the main program still works fine, no any error or warning message shown in the "Console" panel.

foobar2000 v1.4.2 has the same issue.

foobar2000 v1.4 has the same issue.

foobar2000 v1.3.20 works fine, and it dont have the menu "Default User Interface - Background and Notifications".

Using 1.4.3 portable here, no problems with that menu.  Windows 7 SP1 32-bit.
