You make foobar better making new versions quite often. Why don't you make it play the previos track at the same time, after foobar was updated. It'll be more comfortable for everyone becouse you don't have to search the track and find the same moment in a long mix.

Go to Preferences > Playback
Under Other, make sure the box is ticked next to Resume playback after restarting foobar.
