Title: splitting a long .ac3 (and .dts) file
Post by: krabapple on 2009-09-03 17:42:17
I have been archiving .ac3 and .dts* multichannel audio from my DVDAudio  music discs lately -- mostly using tools like DVD Audio Extractor -- and occasionally I encounter an album that seems to have been encoded as one long file, rather than separate chapters corresponding to individual tracks.  So I need a tool that lets me manually split the long .ac3 track into separate .ac3 tracks.  Is there such a thing?

(* I don't recall right now if any of hte 'long tracks are really .dts, actually, but I know for sure that I've encountered ones that are .ac3)
