Title: XviD-1.0-RC1 released

xvid-1.0-RC1-26012004 has been released, codename niltze (for all you guys that can spaek Aztek  )
changelog:
- cleaned up vfw-gui
- colour space assignment fixes (dshow)
- weight zones fixed
- overhauled vfw status window in general
- bugfixes in the plugin system
- statsfile existence gets checked now on 2nd pass
- postprocessing fix
- faster first pass qpel gets disabled as well now
- installer deletes old xvid configuration

uups, thx. but why the heck was it posted in 'mpeg4 basic usage' forum? ...

Because it's MPEG4 related but I guess I should have post in Digital A/V News I'm just used to HA's audio news where news is better put in the related section as news submitions aren't always news it seems.
