I am using the newest version of EAC and ripping a single flac file + image. I noticed that the cue has the tag "performer" & "composed" added. I want that both have Various Artitsts but when you open the flac (with embeded cue, I did that with foobar2000 after the rip) show each song with it's artist and not "various artists". I use foobar2000 for playing music. After several tests this is the best I got. The cue looks fine theorically, right? But then with foobar2000 I have "composer" & "performer" without text, and album artist is with the various artists on every song.

AFAIK foobar2000 cannot recognize the REM COMPOSER as a command in a CUE. The SONGWRITER command may be used.
foobar2000 will interpret the PERFORMER command as either album artist or artist in a CUE (depending on placement and other factors).
View by album or track can be configured in foobar2000.
