I use foobar for many years, there has never been an occurrence.
in addition, the development of the program is done by responsible and RELIABLE.
There is a Microsoft SmartScreen warning about the installer when downloading.
But it's a known false positive.
foobar is 1000% reliable.

as I said: I use the portable version. I never had any problems.
Both versions install from the same file.
